how to see what graphics card is being used

Greetings! I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. I am here to piece of work with y'all on this problem.
Windows Key+X > Device Manager > Nether Brandish Adapters, locate this hd graphics 530 > Right Click > Disable device and restart your figurer
If nVidia is still non set, become to Control Panel of nVidia and elect 3D Settings and then select Manage 3D Settings in the tab Preferred Graphics Processor, select High functioning NVidia processor.

When yous have dual graphics on a Windows PC, it is best to use the Intel Hd or UHD graphics for normal utilise
Then depending o your version of Windows, y'all tin can set individual Apps to run on your dedicated graphics
Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter
On the resulting dialog, what version of Windows 10 are you running?
If yous are non already running version 1903 of Windows 10, you should update to that version
Click the link beneath, and then click 'Update At present' on that page to immediately get 1903 and bring your PC right up to date

Once y'all have version 1903 of Windows x, y'all can correct click the icon of any application and prepare that application to run on the dedicated graphics card . ..

Please try these steps to changeyour computer to use the NVIDIA GPU as the main graphics card for your arrangement:
- Correct Click on your desktop, and choose NVIDIA Command Panel, or launch the NVIDIA control panel via the Commencement menu.
- Click Manage 3D Settings.
- Click the Global Settings tab.
- Select High-performance NVIDIA processor from the dropdown list.
- Click Apply.
Or you can also configure a specific application to use the NVIDIA GPU:
- Correct Click on your desktop, and cull NVIDIA Control Panel.
- Click Manage 3D Settings.
- Click the Program Settings tab.
- Choose your desired program from the list. If your program is not in the list, uncheck the box Evidence simply programs found on this figurer.
- Choose the processor y'all want to apply from the dropdown menu in step number two.
- Select High-operation NVIDIA processor from the list.
- Click Utilize.

I did this and it switched to my GTX 970m - perfect - but my second monitor will non dispay any sort of output anymore. i need a fix for this

I did this and it switched to my GTX 970m - perfect - but my second monitor volition not dispay whatsoever sort of output anymore. i need a gear up for this
mine just switched to "microsoft bones display". dont know I had 3rd party brandish adapter ^_^ , kidding aside what volition I do then, I want to switch to my nvidia gpu. would I just take the truth?_?

yous can practice what is higher up (because it works), merely, atleast for now, you wont be able to apply a second monitor from what i know
We tin wait and come across if at that place is a solution
(Edit: My laptop display also switched to microsoft basic display; it had intel drivers before)
